Buffet Menu
Our Buffet Package includes an antipasto platter consisting of:

  • Mozzarella balls with olive oil, salt, pepper, basil and roasted peppers

  • Olive trays, 3 types of olives, decorated with
    garlic & oil, chopped roasted peppers, (Gaeta, Sicilian and black olives)

  • Caesar salad - Crispy Romaine, croutons,
    Home - made Caesars dressing, shaved Parmesan cheese

  • Rolled ham & provolone decorated in circles under tricolor field greens

  • Tricolor pasta salad with an Italian vinagerette dressing

  • Broccoli rabbe with garlic bread topped with melted asiago cheese

  • Artichoke hearts and roasted peppers with garlic and oil

  • Panini sandwiches - pressed warm sandwiches, with prosciutto,
    fresh mozzarella, pesto, mesculin greens, tomatoes, roasted peppers

  • Mozzarella in Carozza - 3 types
    (marinara sauce, anchovy sauce, plain with lemons

 

  • Iceberg & radicchio salad, tomatoes, sliced green peppers, celery, red onions, and cucumbers in a red-wine vinagerette

  • Mesculin salad, in a lemon thyme vinagerette dressing with caramelized walnuts, pignoli nuts and sundried cranberries

  • Bruschetta, 2 types - one with chopped tomatoes, fresh garlic, red onions, smoked
    mozzarella gaeta olives, the other with sopressata, fresh mozzarella in a balsamic
    vinaigrette

  • Stuffed Mushrooms - Stuffed with seasoned bread crumbs

  • Italian Stromboli with assorted cold cuts and cheeses

  • Wheel of grana padano cheese surrounded by grapes

  • Imported Chucks of Provolone with Italian bread sticks

  • Party rolls, unlimited soda, juices, coffee
    and tea

We will then serve our delicious homemade buffet with a variety of choices.
