Cook 1 lb of Ditalini pasta al dente, drain and put to the side. Cut up ½ bulb of garlic and fry in a large pot with olive oil. Cut up a ¼ lb of sliced pepperoni into small pieces and add to garlic & oil while garlic is browning. Mix for 1 minute and then add a can of white cannelloni beans. Stir together, then add 1 small can of crushed tomatoes or tomato puree. Stir it all up so it is consistent and then add ½ lb of grated cheese, a pinch of crushed pepper and a pinch of fresh parsley. Continue to stir and wait until it is all consistent and hot. Then, pour over your pasta and sprinkle a lot of parmigiana cheese. That's a meal in itself. Buon Appetito!
